ON BRALEY'S WORKS</B></div> <bR> <div> 1) <I>BEFORE 1923</I></div> <div> Of all Braley's works published before 1923, any work that is older than 75 years belongs in the public domain and can be copied without permission from the author or another copyright holder till then.</div> <bR> <div> 2) <I>BETWEEN 1923 AND 1966</I></div> <div> Of all Braley's works published between 1923 and his death in 1966, any work that is older than 95 years belongs in the public domain and can be copied without permission from the author or another copyright holder till then. So parts of this body of work start to be in public domain in 2018!</div> <div> For the moment I have an oral agreement to present requests for publication from this copyrighted period to the present owners of those copyrights, the children of Ian Braley. So I'll pass on any request that is made.</div> <bR> <div> 3) <I>ERRORS</I></div> <div> I respect the copyrights that are not yet in the public domain. I sometimes do make mistakes however, and I welcome it if you point out that a copyright is still applicable and permission is required.
